Mr. S. P. Naidu brings over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and chemical trading. Renowned for his strategic leadership and sharp business foresight, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling successful ventures within the life sciences sector.
In addition to leading Span Life Sciences, he serves as Director at Sainor Laboratories Private Limited, a reputed two‑decade‑old manufacturer of Fine Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Pellets catering to domestic and international markets.
A graduate in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Mr. Naidu is widely recognized for his commitment to quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. At Span Life Sciences, he provides key guidance across Finance, Supply Chain Management, and the company’s long‑term strategic direction.
Mr. Srinivas Sundara, M.Eng (USA)
Director
Mr. Srinivas Sundara holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the United States and brings over a decade of international and multidisciplinary professional experience.
At Span Life Sciences, he leads critical functions including Plant Operations, Marketing, and Business Development. His leadership ensures efficient day‑to‑day operations while driving sustainable growth and strengthening the organization’s market presence.
Mrs. Anusha Sundara, MS (UK)
Director
Mrs. Anusha Sundara holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocessing & Business Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. With more than 10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and advanced instrumentation, she plays a key role in shaping the organization’s quality framework.
As Director, she oversees the strategic development and implementation of the company’s QMS, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
